The EASY TRAK software can simply utilise a PC that
is no longer in use. Providing the machine can be installed with Windows
2000 or higher (20 megabyte Hard disk), and for Multiple user enquiry
access, installed on a network, our EASY TRAK software simply operates
from the PC.
With the addition of a Serial port or Key Board Wedge Hand Held Barcode
Reader, the need to access the keyboard by staff is un-necessary.
The system allows your employees to use Barcodes to identify the tasks
they are performing.
Standard mouse or function key operation is also
supported should the barcode reader become inoperable.
When a valid ID is presented to the reader the ID
number together with the time and date are stored in memory to the
hard disk instantly. At a later time Timesheets can be printed or
All reports are easily created in WORD, EXCEL, PDF
and other industry standard formats.
Data can easily be transferred to your TIME &
ATTENDANCE SOFTWARE, accounting or other software via the simple network
file transfer. These transfers can occur automatically even while
the EASY TRAK is in use.
Perform live reports on current Job status, reporting
on time spent on each operational part of the job, show productive
and non-productive time and chargeable and non-chargeable time. Staff
Performance is also reported.

The EASY TRAK Imaging option allows the system to record the image
